With the actual dimensions of the trunk, you'd be bordering on taking up all of the space. Not to mention, I don't think there's a box on the market for two 12s that will fit in the A/C, so you'd almost certainly have to custom fabricate, and even then it would be a tight squeeze.thejewboy wrote:im just wodnering if anyone has out two twelves in the back of their altima coupes. im thinking about doing the same but not sure if it will take up the whole trunk
That's too deep to be a stock coupe trunk. Obviously, the spare and false floor material have been removed. Also, there's not a whole lot of space left. I didn't mean to make it sound like it wasn't possible. If you don't want a trunk, one could definitely get as many as 5 12" subs in there, but there literally wouldn't be ANY space left.Rellz CT wrote:well uhhh
here's 3 12s in a coupe
My thoughts exactly. Gets costly this way though...maxentropy wrote:

I can't speak for quality when I have the stock bose system, but you and the doc went for it for sure. Too bad ya live far away-- I'd love to hear your system.AppleBonker wrote:My thoughts exactly. Gets costly this way though...
He's right 100 times over. I hate these kids at my school who have huge subs that don't sound good. It sounds like the cars going to break from the rattling. Trust me get something that will sound good and you will love it. I had 2 10's in my old car and they sounded amazing, no matter what music you play.maxentropy wrote:Why would you get two 12s?
I had dual 10's before and I had my amp turned down to 1/4 power output because it was too much bass.
Quality, not quantity kids!!
