I placed an order for a chin spoiler on 4/15.My card got charged 4/17.

I call a week later to check status of order - this is when I'm informed that the part is not in stock and is on back-order. Strike one - shouldnt the customer have been notified that the part is on back order - also to then go ahead and charge my card?? The guy I speak to tells me - that if I give him my VIN # that will expedite the order through infiniti - I give my VIN # - this was a week ago.

I call today to follow up - a different salesperson confirms my order, but has absolutely no clue when the part will come in. He goes on further to say that me providing my VIN # last week will not expedite the process. Strike two - I was apparently given the run around by the first guy - perhaps so I wouldn't cancel my order.

Does this seem like good customer service??

A ton of the guys swear by EverythingG35. They are cheaper (including shipping) than my friend that works at the local dealership.

I'm surprised that your order sucked so much.

If you do cancel your order, I have a CF lip that's "fit for painting". It was the first one I made. I'll be starting an interest list on here once I've made a couple more and have worked out the quirks.

Wow!! Very rare!!

I have ordered ALL my parts from them and never had a problem. I HIGHLY suggest you call and ask for Joe. Tell him your from NICO and be sure to let him know of your experience, that is clearly un-acceptable

Sorry to hear of your experience. Although I never purchased anything from them,I have read positive things about them over the past couple of years. It doesn't matter that they charged your card. Some places do that just to place special orders .If you haven't received it by the time you receive your bill, just call customer service to dispute the charge. You don't have to pay until you receive the item.Always use a credit card, never pay by cash or check. Try to obtain a card that doubles a warranty on all purchases.BTW, IMHO, mods on a G are unnecessary and a waste of $$$ Ok what do I know? I'm just an old farht still funding my 401K:biggrin

Thanks for your feedback - I intentially left the names out of my thread...

I did get a call back today - indicating that Everything G35 was expecting to receive the spoiler today. So while I'm appreciative - I do think the communication should have been better.

Glad to see that you got things worked out with them. I've never ordered from them personally, but I have heard good things about them. Their headquarters/warehouse is just about 10-15 minutes from my house, so if you should ever needs me to go down there and knock somebodies around, I gots people.

Be sure to post pics when you get it installed!

Good luck!Dave

Every once in awhile they do get backed up or something. I ordered something from them last year and someone took a little vaca and whoever was around to process orders didn't really know what they were doing. But it all worked out, I got what I ordered. I would definitely order from them again.

I've got the same experience with them when I ordered my intake. That's when I stopped telling people here to go and buy from them. Playing simple. Took them 2.5 weeks(4 phone calls) to ship my order.

Oh well. That is enough reason to me not to advertise them to anybody. Also I understand they don't have the part on stock. All it takes a phone call/email . Sorry it will take x amount of time to get you this. Is it ok? 99% will say sure.
