so I really really want to get this and put it on  . I was wondering if anyone has already put it on, and how easy it was to put it on. My electrical skills aren't anything great. here's the link to the accessories http://www.nissanusa.com/altimacoupe/accessories.html

It should be easy to do, the hardest part is going to be figuring out which are the correct wires to tap power from.

probably better off grabbing a large a** roll of WHITE LED strips and sticking em under your car and tap into the dome lights... lol thats like... 20 bucks for lights and 15 bucks in install hardware if anything.

Or that. Only reason not to would be if the Nissan kit was somehow plug and play, though I doubt it is. Dome light power source is in the A pillar, don't remember which color combo. Search for a thread about illuminated door handles, all the info you need should be in there.

^^ Agreed. i was hoping for a easy plug and play install. and i do remember that post on the illuminated door handles!! good call.
and if i do go the ton of led route than i'll just do a switch and make it like an underglow. i just like this more cuz it doesn't look as fast and furious.

If you use soft white LEDs it wont have that "Fast and Furious" look. Illuminate the ground when needed for exit/entry and thats it.

i wouldnt go the Underglow route.... I had it in my Pathfinder (see DP) its all fun at first but you forget about it and dont use it... and even if you do its in hiding from the Police... unnecessary attention / gadgets. stick to the light on when doors open only.

That's really funny, i just got a 2000 pathfinder and that's where i got the idea from (but i changed my mind and am going to try to throw on an LED light bar on top of that beast). I think i will end up getting the accessory and see if it comes with any helpful instructions. if i can't get it then i will just have the dealer put it in.

Go Halogen or HID.... LED kind of pointless with no light out put... and be mindful that its a gas hog... more weight, and your pocket will empty faster... Join the Pathfinder section of the forum, the guys there are pretty cool, and feel free to pm me if you have questions i can help you out for the most part.

^^ I will do. I have been meaning to get over to that side of the forum. the LED light bar is bright as hell it's simular to the one in the link http://www.v-leds.com/Universal-LED/Wor ... 0-3-1.html(just a bit smaller) my friend is selling his for $100! it's really powerful, and i'm choosing these over the other options cuz of the low profile and it doesn't pull a lot of power.

if you're looking to get an LED bar, I suggest Rigid Industries. Their bars have CRAZY amount of output. I put one of them on top of my rhino and it lights up the desert for miles!!
