Has anyone installed monitors in J30 headrests?

I want to install headrest monitors in my J30 and want to know if anyone has installed them in the existing headrest? I've seen pre-installed monitors on eBay, but they use vinyl instead of leather and I don't want to use cheap materials. My thinking is I can buy the monitors and install them in another set of J30 headrests if I can find a set just in case I mess up!

A couple people think the J30 headrests are too small. If I can get a 7" monitor to fit, I'll be good. I'd like to hear from people who have done the install already so I know what I'm in for. Thanks!
