has anyone in socal had their t28 bb rebuilt?

i can come up on a t28 bb from my buddy but i have to get it rebuilt...where can i go to? how much will i be looking to pay...i found this place called turbo city in orange but they dont rebuilt japaneese turbos, and they dont have the ball bearings to do it...im in need of some help. thanks

I thought there was a post on here about some guy who got scammed by someone selling a "rebuilt" bb turbo

The consensus was, bb turbos don't get rebuilt, they get replaced
