has anyone heard of this turbo manufacturer?

i don't know if this is in the right forum, but i saw a turbo manufacturer called master power. and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them? they say they use garrett parts but i don't know if they are as reliable or putout the same power as the big named turbos. they are also a fraction of the cost of other turbos
