I was on amazon this morning and typed in "nissan versa" to see what would come up for parts, accessories and whatnot. I got a couple results from a company called M2 performance, and they have a couple things on their that intrigued me.

First off is their front strut bar: Amazon price-$43.99 shipped
here's the link: http://www.amazon.com/Nissan-Versa-Fron ... 621&sr=1-4

Second we have a set of lowering springs: Amazon price-$109.99 Shipped
Here's the link for that one: http://www.amazon.com/M2-Performance-20 ... 621&sr=1-2

I have personally never heard of M2 performance, but the prices seem cheap (about half what you normally see on both) Just wondering if anybody has bought from them before? The feedback on their amazon page is mostly positive (84% over their lifetime), so I may get the strut bar and see how it looks. I'm just worried that its gonna be total junk, although for $45, I won't be in too much of a hole if it is.

Does anyone think its worth trying?

I don't think I'll get the lowering springs, because I wouldn't trust a company that I've never heard of to make such an important part of my car. I may try the strut bar though, only because its so cheap and if it doesn't work, there's no real harm done, and it'll be just for looks under the hood.

Those M2 springs are actually really nice. They provide a good 1.5" drop and still provide a nice ride. The company sent me a set for free to install them and make the manual for them. Not bad for the price.

Thanks for the reply! I might try these in the spring when I get some new rims and tires.

I bought the strut bar and installed it today. Haven't driven it yet.
