Seems like nobody carries one over here, courtesy parts can't get one and mynismo says 8 weeks Has anyone tried using a tensioner stud instead?

Have you tried bringing it into a good hardware supply store and having them match the thread and grade of steel? I would think it could be matched fairly easily and only cost $1.50. Or McMaster-Carr?

Do you have the specs of it?

I did that for my RB30 swap. When I relocated the the tensioner I just bought a stud at the hardware store and a different nut/washer for the end.

Unless it was an arp bolt I'm wary of using a store bought bolt on such a critical part. I've got another tensioner stud coming and Ill be trying that.

Try fastenal maybe? I was able to order grade 10.9 hardware through a local specialty place.

What the heck does the 6 on a metric bolt head mean? I don't see that on any grading charts.

Its a type of stainless steel I think (after googling) for example a bolt came up as this.

M5(-8) 6 Stainless Steel A2-70 Low Strength Metric Socket Head Cap Screw Natural Finish
