I'm just a weight savings whore, didn't mean anything really with the chrome statement. I dig it.

Where did you get the door panel inserts? The look really nice.

my huh comment was to the guy below you talking about carbon fiber. these handles are a tad heavier than the black ones though

I have them on my car too, they are Altima / J30 door handles. Got them from the junkyard for free!

how do yours fit? mine are kind of at an inward angle so I have to trim some more. i think thats why the lock is harder to move than normal

i was saying, another alternative is to take out the stock s14 handle and send it to a company that does high quality carbon fiber overlaying they usually can do many different designs/textures.

Mine are from an Altima and they fit and work like stock. My girlfriend has an s14 also and her car has ones from a J30.I had to lightly trim and drill a hole where the screw goes but other than that, no other modifications were needed for either the Altima or J30 handles. I'll take some pictures and post it up when i get home.

yea just take a screw driver and push out the rod holding the handle and lock in. pay attention to how the spring goes in. It fits perfectly into the s14 house/mount. incase anyone cares
