Explain in more detail.

Are you trying to pull the mounts off the motor, off the crossmember, pull the motor out, what?

if you are trying to remove the bolt to the crossmember use a 3/8 ratchet and a 14mm short socket get a snug fit and slowly pry be careful though if u srip it ur f#$%ed ur going to have to sawzal the b%^$h off!! and it isnt fun at all haha from, if you are trying to remove the one on the engine, use a a 14mm open ended box ended wrench the use a second larger wrench and connect the two for moar leverage!

Good luck

14mm socket and box end wrench.

i weigh 145 lbs and didi it myself but i did take a while. I wouldn't recomend taking the crossmember off unless you have to, thats alot of extra work for one bolt. just put some a** into it or get a fat friend to help you

Yeah I second the ratchet wrenchs! Best thing I ever bought! If you don't have any don't use a reg 12 point. If its stuck you gotta use a 6 point and a ton of leverage.... big peice of pipe... two wrenches, whatever you got.

yeah i think im gonna go ahead tommorrow and put wd40 on it and let it soak and whenever i have time il just jack the car up and try to get under it with a 14mm socket and a real long wrench just to make it easier for myself and if it doesnt work il just get my brother to do it because he is alot stronger than mee but i dont think i should have any more problems with it but i have to take them off of both of my cars soo i gotta double time.....

its called Boltout you can get them any where u buy tools even at wal/k marts, autozone,o'rielly auto part stores. they work pretty well but theres a lil learning curve with them so take your time

ps they only bite the stripped bolts they dont help with the leverage(spelling)

Use a breaker bar or make a cheater bar. I personally thought the bolts on the bottom of the mounts were harder to remove than the top.
