Has anyone aligned 4w camber on 1989240sx? don't want to screw up here

Please excuse post, I am new to forums and f'd up and created 2 of the same topics . The following is my real question:

On my 1989 nissan 240sx, It backfires ever so slightly .(actually quiet for a backfire) it backfires on release of the throttle at about 3000rpm or so. The old plugs were a white color and i know this is an indication of something. please help me diagnose this prob. thanks
