Has anyone actually seen another Versa on the road yet?

I know of only one other that was sold in the town where I work (from the dealer where I bought mine) but I haven't bumped into it yet. It's a college town and there have been a number pre-sold at this dealer, but none have come in yet.

I've seen a few Aveo hatches around, one FIT, and a couple Yari (both sedans) since I bought my Versa. Lots o'matrices and vibes out there. Funny thing how I have to look at every hatch that drives by since I now own one.

Some day I predict there will be versas out the wazoo. I see Sentras all the time and this car might outsell the Sentra now that it's knocking it off the bottom link in the food-chain.

I've seen one Versa, about three weeks ago. I see a lot of Aveo's, seen at least 7 or 8 Fits, and a couple Yari. I'm experiencing the same thing though, every time I see a new-looking hatchback I have to look to see what it is. I've gotten really good at recognizing all of them!

I have yet to see the other Versa's in my town. Although there was only three that were sold at the only Nissan dealership in this town. But I have seen quite a few Yaris' and maybe two or three Fits. Feels good to have, for the time being, a very rare car. I LOVE MY VERSA!

a white one, it was much taller than my civic that's for sure!

Narrow as my car though.

it was late at night too ... like 11 pm, didn't expect to see my first Versa on my usual commute to home.

It took 2 weeks for me to see my first Versa, then another 2 weeks to the next one...

But today, I saw *3*, yes three different Versas... a Sapphire Blue on Airport Road in Everett, a Magnetic Gray on I-405 in Kirkland, and a silver (? hard to tell, it was wet) on I-5 that I followed from I-90 to Everett.

They're starting to come out of the woodwork... at least in larger cities.

Still don't see them sitting on dealer lots, so I guess every one up here that comes in keeps getting sold quickly.

I've seen two (though it was likely the same Saphire Blue one twice)

I'm heading out to pick mine up in a couple minutes

Allen,

That's the thing... they're selling alright but there aren't many to sell.

Recently a Red Versa pulled into the parking space next to me. Was a young Lady and she said, "Nice Car you have Sir." I was a little stunned because I'm an Old Coot and this doesn't happen often. I replied that her car was also nice looking, trying hard to look at the car. She went on to tell me she was going to have "flames" painted on the sides, was going to get different wheels, etc. She either has big dreams or a Sugar Daddy somewhere.

I've seen a silver one.. once, thats it. I really don't like the silver, it looks plain, just like every other silver. Mine is the Saphire Blue and it stands out and.. well, it looks better

I hate it when they call me "Sir". It says I'm young and you're not!!

Haha, I get called "sir" all the time over the phone. I'm 21, but apparently I sound like I'm 40. It's wierd to have guys that are 15 years older than me call me "sir".

I think it is great that people use the Sir and Ma'am as respect to others. I'm from the time that this was mandatory in my part of the country if you were young and speaking to someone your senior. It's a word seldom heard from much of the younger generation. After all, it does no harm and is proper language.

Really paid off if you were dating a young lady and were speaking to her parents. They liked that.

I've seen a few, but not as many as other comparable cars (Fit/Yaris).In fact, I was orginally considering the Yaris hatchback, but now that I have my Versa and saw the Yaris on the street, it looks ridiculous!I'm a very happy camper, except for the poor mileage, but that's another thread.

As I was leaving work yesterday I noticed a Versa parked on a side street, and I was so excited to actually see one (only the 2nd one I've seen on the road) that I turned around and went down the side street to get a better look at it. I really liked the grey, it was a bit more silvery than I expected. Nice.

Too bad I won't have my Versa for another month and a half!

I live in Minneapolis-St. Paul. I have seen two Versas on the road thus far. One was a (very ugly) red one, and another was actually a dealer inventory presumably being test driven by a prospective customer. A nice silver one.

My dealer has sold probably a dozen of 'em - all that they've gotten in, but I haven't seen another one on the road here in town. It was kinda cool last week when Mom got her Versa. I decided to follow her home (about 45 miles away) and stay the night.... so we had TWO Versas heading west on I-40 for about 35 miles !

That's what I would have done. I've parked next to other similar cars on purpose just to let the other half get a look at a real car. I parked next to an aveo (what a micromachine!) and a few Focus 3-doors, and a Suzuki. Today I drove by a Yaris hatch and beeped at the other driver. We exchanges smiles. That's the first Yaris hatch I've seen on the road as well. Still haven't seen another Versa. Been driving this one for two months now.

I was just out of town for a vacation in Los Angeles. We were doing the Warner Brothers Studio tour on Monday, and I finally saw my first Versa in their parking lot! (well, first one outside of a dealership obviously). It was Blue, and had custom 18" wheels on it. Looked real nice. A few miles down the road I thought to myself, "I had my darn camera, I should have taken a picture! LOL"

It's getting to the point here where I'm seeing a Fit almost every day. Still barely any Yarii or Versas, though.

there are 2 Versa's I now see on a fairly regular basis, one is a Blue Onyx S that resides somewhere around Everett, and the other is a Silver (couldn't identify trim, probably SL) that was purchased in Everett, but I always see it in Kirkland.
