Harness Question

I have an s13 harness from my shell, but I recently picked up a s14 block.

The previous owner said if you swap the intake manifolds you can still use the s13 harness without a problem. With that said, he also gave me both intake manifolds (s13 and s14) as well as both ECU's.

I was thinking about sourcing out a s14 harness but was wondering if the s13 harness is still ok to use. If not, what modifications will I need? Should I use the S13 ECU or S14 ECU?

Also, my original harness is off an Automatic... would this also be an issue?
