Harness plug question??????

Can anyone help me figure out what this plug is supposed to be connected to?It has one blue and white wire and it is on the ecu harness but is inside the passenger compartment.Thanks in advance

have you tried looking at the pinning and matching wire color?

I have tried using the FSM but can not tell the difference between blue and white or black and white (it just has B/W for both of them).
