Harness mix up issues

Hey everyone, I Have a problem with my electrical and I can't figure it out. To start of ill list what done to the car on this smog build.

I just put a used bone stock KA24DE in the car, the motor came out of an auto car and came with a auto upper harness and what i think is a auto lower. I know you are supposed to bipass something on 5 speed cars for the manual position and reverse light but for some reason I didn't have to do that and the car runs. I am also running a automatic ECU. The car is factory s13(93) 5 speed base model.

My problems are as follows:

* dash lights do not turn off with key out , you have to pull the alt 75 fuse to kill lights on dash - didn't do that before on 5 spd harness
* car lower harness has no wires/plugs going to oil pressure sensor or speed sensor.
* cel does light up when on acc like normal but car does not throw a code when running. - ( I'm sure it should for no speed sensor and oil pressure light )
* car no no power after 3k RPM like it is in Limp mode but still no cel light. All mechanical timing checked and chains are on correctly upper and lower and dizzy is in correctly.
* car seems to be running very rich for unknown reasons. (stock every thing)
* it looks as oil pressure sensor is on block under intake many next to oil filter assembly and not on oil filter assembly.

I just don't know where do go from here besides just replacing both the upper and lower harnesses and I'm seriously considering a chase bays set up. Please help me not have to spend 600+ to fix this problem !! Thanks for any help.

Dash light issue id day is a coincidence because its a completely different circuit. Speed sensor and oil pressure light errol not throw a cel because on older maf cars, speed sensor is not used for fuel trim. manually check you're codes because you can have a issue that is occurring, but not have a hard stored code. If I remember right, oil pressure wire is a single wire yellow/white stripe, and speed signal is yellow/real stripe and yellow black stripe. Look for those wires in the passenger fuse max area where those 2-3 harness plugs are. (I may be slightly off on thr wire colors)

I checked the ecu codes manual but there were none. Is the upper harness from and automatic the same as it is from the manual? How about the lower harness, are they the same as manual ? Do you have any idea why my car is gutless after 3k? when I floor it the car just gets really loud and goes know where. the timing is adjusted to OEM spec mechanically and on the dizzy. I've even tried advancing it with no real change.

Thx for the wiring suggestions BTW ill check those tomorrow.
