Harmonic Balancer/Crank Pulley Removal?

Does anyone know if the harmonic balancer/crank pulley on a 1986 Nissan 720 Z24 motor is removable, or pressed on....?

Just got the truck running, and at idle it has a funny high pitched rattle, that goes away under rev. The pulley seems to have a slight hop/wobble.

Should come off with a puller rented from autozone.

Hey, thanks!! BUT, it's not my issue I have come to learn... Timing chain...

Gentle taps with a hammer worked for me, but you got to be careful.
