Harmonic Balancer + Clutch Fan Wobble

Hey Guys,

Hoping someone can help me out with a wobble of my harmonic balancer + clutch fan. My serp belts are OK, no damages as I can tell so far. My mechanic says it's OK for now...

After reading so many horror stories, I am wondering if I should get it replaced.

My Clutch Fan on the other hand, if I stop it with my hands (when the eng. is hot), I can actually wobble the fan.

Either of these cause concerns?

how muc wobble is there? its not going to be perfect.

Not that much, but enough for the mechanic to think that it might be where the squealing is coming from...

i highly doubt it, they're not perfectly round so they wobble a bit. just replace the belts. overtime they stretch out. my power steering belt did this and the tensioner was maxed out. and squeeled like a mofo

Turns out I had to replace both. Cost me about a grand. GRR. Both were causing my problem...only 70,000km....

Oh i'm pretty sure it was the 14% Canadian tax that ripped me off....LOL

Harmonic Balancer was roughly 200 for the part, plus 140 for labor, plus 14% tab

Clutch Pulley was roughly 350 for the part plus 100 for the labor, plus 14% tax..

Now if i'm still ripped off...then... (nothing I can do b/c I lack car skills unlike the rest of you...hehe) I service my car at a Nissan dealership (closest one here...Infiniti is 30km away and more $$)
