I read that the Harmonic balance has to be tensioned to 270ft/lb's. I've tried to stop the engine from turning but without success. Where do I get leaverage with the belt wrench around the pulley without busting somthing? Somone suggested a screwdriver in the flywheel, but I can't seem to see where to put it.I got about 120 ft/lb on it using the metal bracket over the p/s pump as a anchor point for the belt wrench before the metal bracket over the power steering pump gave way and the handel on the belt wrench busted.Anyone got a pic of where to put the screwdriver in the flywheel?

Guess I should mention that I've just done the Chain Guides. Luck has it, they were all in one piece.

Do you have air tools? That's the only way I know how to tell you to do it. Otherwise, search for the chain guide r&r thread by Tangalora. She has that info in there somewhere.

Use a large chain wrench (we're talking 3-4 footer) and brace the handle on the diagnonal brace that holds the front end of the sway bar bushing. That's what they did at T3. They also remove the p/s pulley during the process, but I don't know that it would be in the way for tightening crank bolt if you're already to that point.
