Okay, they came in a t-top, that i know. But i want to know if they had a solid top ever in production.JeromeS13 wrote:?? They were all hardtops (non-convertible). The convertible never had the TT option.
There's your answer.Nissan wrote:Beginning in 1991, a hard-top model ("slicktop") was introduced (comprising 17% of production models from 1993-1996), offering a nominal weight reduction and increased structural rigidity over the t-top models. Twin Turbo models were not offered as a 2+2, "slicktop", or convertible in the United States.
You mean factory TT slicktop? Haha, then there are several freaks of nature here in Hawaii alone...I think you meant to say no slicktop TT. They weren't optionless though.nsrZ32 wrote:Yeah, don't trust whatever carpoint.com or whoever says. There was NEVER a factory slicktop Z32 in the US. In reality, the slicktop was a barebones base model without the t-tops and many options.

A car you imported from Japan, and one he can buy at a local car lot are very different. As stated several times, never in the US were slicktops sold as TT's at the dealerships. And WidebodyZ, correct me if I'm wrong, but in Japan wasn't the slicktop TT a somewhat common thing?91slicktopTT wrote:Yes they did make them I have mine that I imported from Japan its a 91 Twin Turbo 5-speed 2 seater Hard Top. Very rare combo!
