i want to no what are the stiffest springs i can buy for my car because im 300+ and i live in nyc and i want 1.5 to 2 inch drop no more then that and i want to no can i change change all 4 srings and just the 2 front shocks since no 1 sits in the back of my car 2 save some $

Buy coilovers. Ksport and D2 are the about the lowest you can go of the cheapo brands that still handle semi-decently.

Sprint had the stiffest springs available, but I don't know if those are still available. I suspect probably not.

As for shocks, replace 'em all with Tokico Illumnias or KYB AGX's if you're going to lower it. You'll wear out brand-new stockers within 30k with aftermarket springs and the ride seriously sucks on these cars due to insufficient suspension compression travel, aggravating it with worn shocks leads to blown shocks and all kinds of uncomfortable handling very, very quickly.
