Welcome to NICO.
You need a new engine.
Only kidding. You'll have to do some more diagnosing. Look into doing a simple tune up- fuel filter, spark plugs, wires, cap & rotor, new air filter, clean the throttle body, clean (or replace) and reset the Idle Air Control Valve, and considering Seafoaming the car, etc.
Here is a link for how to use Seafoam:

If none of that works, you should look into electrical problems and trace continuity and test voltage at the coils, plugs, fuel pump, MAF, etc.
Report back on your findings and many others will be able to help you out! Include more specifics like mileage, how long you've had the car, do you daily drive it, etc.
As always, read and research!! Many similar problems have already been answered on this forum if you take the time to look for a solution. You'll likely solve your problem faster by tracing someone elses steps and then posting about your results so we can help you rule something out or provide ideas more quickly in order to get you back on the road!
