hardbody ka24de in to S14?

So the ka in my sisters S14 decided to take a crap and i can proudly say after 2 years of coolant and oil leaks and over heating the crap out of it and running it with out oil it blew the head gasket and the timing chain...
Props to the KA!! im just trying to find a ka long block i can just slap on and sell the car.. oddly here in el paso i cant seem to find any s chasis ka24de's anywhere.
Will any of the long block's in the hardboy work?

Hardbody's were SOHC (I believe), so that wouldn't be simple. Much easier to find and swap a S-chassis KADE.

try looking for frontier's, they sport the ka.

yeah i know somo of the late model hardbodys and the frontier have a ka24de in em but i need to know if the long bock is idenical or if i need to swap heads cuz in that case if i have to tear 2 motors appart to make one i can just rebuild the one, and i have just dont want to put to much time or mone in to it since i have neither haha..
