I'm looking to install a LockRight Locker kit from purenissan.com and I am looking for info on the rear end in a 94 Hardbody 4x4 w/the 4cyl. Any info or tips will help.

Thanks

My '94 Hb had the h233b w/31 spline axles,4.37 gear & open diff. You must have an open diff. to install lock-rite which is a cheap & dependable alternative to a ARB.excellent offroad, will have to relearn how to drive your truck on pavement.

I've never driven a locker before. How bad does it make going around turns?

you have to either coast or use LIGHT gas around turns or your *** end will whip out from behind you.

It's not hard to learn the new characteristics.....it's actually kinda fun.

I didn't go through much transition with my rear locker, but I busted 3 CVs when I got my front locker before I really learned how to off-road with the front locker....only use it when needed.

I don't have the budget to be replacing CVs so I think I'll stick with the rear for now.

Nate (luv2ski) is right on the money, plus he is a post whore! LOL!For the kind of offroad driving you want to do i would invest in an LSD for the front when the funds are available.
