Hardbody 3.3 V6 Viscose Fan faulty...!!

When I bought the 3.3 V6 the viscose operated correctly, after a month it kept running with the engine all the time. Nissan SA replaced the fan 3 times but still no luck. Now the nissan engineers decided that it is normal.Please help.

the fan should spin with the engine, it just wont spin as fast.

Since your are in another country and the engine you are reffering to was never offered in a hard body here in the US, I will need to physically see the engine and the fan your reffering to inorder to determine if its normal or if something is wrong. Do you have a digital cam you can take a pic and post it.
