Hard to start after cleaning the throttle body.

Hi.The throttle body was cleaned on today morning by carburetor cleaner.It just followed a step by step where I saw in the site (http://www.motorvate.ca/mvp.php/518).1. Engine is off 2. take all of air filter units off 3. spary the clean and wape it out until be clean. 5. reverse. I'm sure that it exactly the same as the pictures of the site. After that the car is getting hard to start the rpm is a little increase and the car is also quite though. What's wrong? It is kinds of side effect?
