hard to shift back to NEUTRAL

HI.....me again....i finally got my transmission back from the shop....found out that the gear was stocked in 1st coz we actually messed up the spring that's connected to the rod inside......ok here my problem now, i followed everystep you told me to check the gears,..before reinstalling the transmission, i checked the gears, made sure that the shaft moves toall gears....and i did....so, now i took the car for a test drive and noticed that ITS REALLY HARD TO SHIFT, SPECIALLY TO 3RD AND 4TH GEAR...AND THE MOST UNUSUAL IS, I HAVE TO BATTLE THE SHIFTER JST TO GET IT BACK TO NEUTRAL!!!! THIS IS FRASTRATING!!!AND I FEEL A ROUGH VIBRATION ON THE CLUTCH PEDAL WHEN I TRY TO RELEASE IT IN 1ST GEAR, AND THERE'S A FUME OF GEAR OIL THAT'S REALLY NOTICESABLE..... NOW I DNT KNOW WHERE TO CHECK IT if this is any help, i've installed a cheap-ebay short shifter months ago..not really sure if this could be the cause of staburn shifting!

i drove the car today,,and as i was pulling in to the parking spot, my trans somehow got stocked in 3rd gear, i could not change the gear anymore...i drove the car back home on 3rd gear.......PLEASE HELP
