Hey guys. I know this is the wrong post forum but I just wanted to remind you guys. I don't know why this is so hard to sell. Its a beautiful car and my friend has put it up for sale on his forum below as well. Check it out. the best offer I have so far is $7k, but I need a little more. See what you can do and give me an offer. Email me at [email protected] if you are interested.

Ill give you $5K for it. Id give you the $9500 youre asking if it has as much on it outside (JDM) as it did inside. But thats all its worth.

Apparently everyone is ricers. I dont like the look of the 240 with anything on the outside. Plus, stock is so much better for people like you guys that wants stuff done. Why would I spend money on something that you might not like? Its all about taste and that is why I kept it stock. Some people may like the look others may not. I know I wouldnt want to buy a car that already had a body kit or anything else on it. I would want to choose the one I wanted and do it myself. Anyway, $5k is a joke, specially seeing I got offered $7k. Oh well, looks like I will have to keep her after all.

Jesse, your car is very nice, but trying to get over $9k for it will be very difficult. An offer for $7k is pretty good, frankly. I know it's hard to swallow losing money on a car that you've invested a lot of money in, but that's how it works. You will never get out of it what you put into it, unless you just happen to find the right buyer at the right time. And that doesn't always happen.

If you really need money, I'd jump on that $7k offer. I don't think you'll do much better. Seven grand is a lot of money for a ten-plus year old car, even with an SR.

Good luck!

i agree. $9500 is crazy even with a new sr and paintjob.i would take the $7000, thats very reasonable. but i will agree with you on keeping it looking stock.i love the sleeper look.

How much did you pay for the original car? I don't even see how you could have invested 9500 into the car. Unless you paid more than 4k for it. I can see 4k for the car, 4k for SR/install, and 1500 for paint, but it's just not worth that much. If you're planning on doing an SR swap ever, then normally you wouldn't have the intention of selling the car in the future. You're just not going to get a lot of money back.
