WTF is a g35xi? We don't have i's after any of them. The x is a common nomenclature for AWD. Like the Eclipse GSX.

Adidas,

Calm down. I know how much you love your Alti-Cou, but it was just a joke. Even if it wasn't...who cares?

As for the black car thing. I think the Doc nailed it on the head. I bougth my Obsidian Black G35 because it was a great price and it wasn't Red or Carribean Blue (STUPID COLOR!!!)

Having owned it for 8 going on 9 months now, I somewhat regret having a black car. Getting swirl marks out is nearly impossible. My car washes last about 20 mins to an hour before you start noticing dust.

I was joking with a buddy of mine about running a charge through the body to repel dust. Then he said I'd have to have a "Starship enterprise console" to adjust the frequency of the force field. Then we joked about Borg dust particles...

The point? Black is a PITA to keep nice. Especially since the primer is a medium gray and Nissan/Infiniti paint is one of the least durable.

If I had the money or my coupe got totalled some how, I'd definitely get an Ivory Pearl or Blue Slate. The only way I'd be content with my Black Coupe is if I moved to somewhere like Portland where it was constantly rained on...I think black cars in overcast or rainy weather are SEX.

Also!!! If it gets hot where you live, YOU WILL HATE BLACK!!! No opinion there.
hahahaha oooooops. ur right. it isn't g35xi. its only x. lol.

I would go with the Super Black.... It'll stand out and look amazing. I have it and it's really not hard to keep clean, at night a dirty black car looks clean. Plus if you do a quick wash on a black car people will notice how clean it is as compared to spending 3 hours cleaning a silver car.

dude just get a dark slate coupe and save yourself the trouble of having to wash it twice as much as if you were to get a black coupe.

And besides its not like the dark slate color looks bad on altima coupe you can get it in any color and it would still look sexy its just all to your taste.

I feel we are just running in circles. Black cars are hard to keep clean (for the 2nd time)

lol

Well I would have gone with the white to make it a little easier on the cleaning and for a black and white contrast but I decided to go with black for the stealthy aggressive look

im pretty bored. time for a midnight drive and a smoke sorry for the jack

Howdy, I have had black and will never go back. Now that is just my opinion and how I feel about it. Black paint looks beautiful on the a/c but lets face it......it's hard to keep looking great. Of course I have Dark Slate on my a/c and it is not the easiest to keep looking killer. It's up to you man. Good luck.

Black is the best color to get for the coupe. like everyone has mentioned it may take some extra time to clean and wax, but when it it is clean for that short time it looks DAMN SEXY!!!
