I have a 2005 Altima 2.5 38k miles, auto. When I drive for an extended period of time with the A/C on, the next start (within 1/2 hour) turns over fine but takes 7-10 seconds to start, like it's flooded.

This does not happen with the A/C off. Is this normal or is a problem starting? Thanks, in advance.

Thats tough. I don't own a nissan yet, but my Honda would not start at random times for me. After searching the web, we found out that perhaps the master relay was bad, but only acting up intermittently. Replaced it and now its fine.Start troubleshooting; pay attention to whether or not the a/c is on when you shut off the car. Make sure the a/c is off when you start the car; I only say this because you need to try to have as many questions answered before you take it in. Hopefully by troubleshooting on your own, you can save on diagnosis/repair costs.
