Ok so I have an sr20 blacktop (s13) with the classic stuff... FMIC, stock turbo, koyo racing radiator, greddy blowoff. It used to start right up. I mean like one crank. Now it takes a good 30 sec of straight cranking for it to start and it sowly starts with a rough idle for about 20 sec then idles fine and runs perfect. Only thing I can think is fuel filter. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, I would try replacing fuel filter as first thing and see if that works.Do you have an aftermearket or new fuel pump? Leak in the fuel lines? You're probably losing rest pressure or fuel pressure when the pump is turned off by either faulty fuel pump, lines, etc. causing a hard start up because there's no pressure in the linesTry replacing the filter though like you said
