hard start fix

I'm new here so you will have to excuse me if u have already seen this info, but I have a '02 sentra ser and was having issues with it starting in the heat (like many others with the same style of sentra). I took it in and they said it was just how the cars were. However after researching the problem I figured out that it was the fuel pump. I went back to see if they could do anything about this and to my surprise when we checked the bulletins under trouble shooting sure enough there was a fix for this chronic problem. It looks like it cost about 350 us. I had just bought mine so they treated it like it was under warranty and gave it to me for 100 us. After they installed the new part my ser starts every time without hesitation. I hope this helps some of you that may be having this problem. Post if u nead more info

I have that problem on my SpecV. So it's a problem, but no recalls. NISSAN is beginning to piss me off more and more. I have had that spec in for some many different recalls, its pathetic. Gonna buy me a STi when its paid for next year, even though they are suppose to come out with the so called GTiR replica, which won't live up to the expectations, just like the specv and then they are coming out with the 80k skyline, which obviously none of us can afford.

p.s i love the way the car handels though.(could have used a better turning radius however)
