I posted this over in "on line mechanic section" and i cant get any replies

OK, I ohm out the air regulator and I came up with 60.3 ohms on a cold motor, the fsm says it should be between 70 and 80 ohms. Does anyone know if that could cause a cold start issue?

tested and cleaned: compression - 160 across the board give or take a few psi. tps IACV grounds to motor and chassis injectors for leaks Fuel pressuretiming ecu coolant temp sensor TB boost leak test vac leaks ecu for codes

Replaced: spark plugs wires cap and rotor fuel pump FPR fuel filter

I'm at the end end of my rope here, this has been a problem for about 6 months and going. I've tested and replaced everything that I could think of that controls cold start. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated
