Hard start and random misfire

Thanks for the add to Nico, so I have a 02 Q45 and it sat for a year and now has a hard start, did some research and did cam and crank sensor, and new spark plugs now the car runs great but still starts hard, after it almost died I heard a fuel knock and replaced the filter, now the car runs like a different car but still starts hard, but now there are no codes, someone help me out!

Have you tested the fuel pressure? If fuel pressure bleeds off when the engine is stopped it will not start until fuel pressure builds again when you restart it. Try turning the key on but waiting a few seconds before starting the engine to see if the fuel pump priming the system , fixes the hard starting.
