Hard start after replacement fuel pressure regulator

I noticed my fuel pressure regulator was leaking from the seam so I got a new one and ever since I’ve replaced it it’s taken an extra second or so to start my car, and sometimes it starts at really low idle, and then dies. Does anyone know how to solve this.

You might need to adjust the idle. Search IAT adjustment. Same engine as the 300zx so there should be detailed write ups.

I dont think its that because right after i start my car and it warms up, the idle goes back to normal.
