How do you tell if shocks are aftermarket?

Stock shocks are dark grey/black and say KYB.

I saw the drivers side bump stop (in the coil), still have the passenger side?
I couldn't see if you have the links or not. I forget what they are called rite now (? Sway bar links?) they are in front of the axle. I had an aweful clunk, turned out mine we're bad/one was "gone". Had them replaced, and my clunk was gone.
