Happy truck not happy

2001 Nissan Frontier 2.4ltr- My truck is not happy It Starts and runs good for about 2 miles then it starts to run rough (misses chugs and stalls ) after it warms up fully it settles down but when you hit 2200 rpm it falls on it face(feels like it missing on two cyls) if I hold the throttle at the point 2200 rpm and spray injector cleaner down to throat it seams to smooth out a bit.I did some trouble shooting and found that the EGR in not getting vacuum. The EGR control solenoid was clogged so I cleaned it now all three ports are open with no power unplugged. so I ordered a new one it won't be here till tue.I still don't think this will fix the problem. I removed and checked the EGR valve a few months ago. It was clean and passed the function test according to the HAYNES book I did this because i was getting a low EGR function code then I replaced the Exhaust manifold it had a tiny crack but didn't fix the code so I just gave up on it .IT ran fine until the other day. now I get all kinds of codes any one got any Ideas am I barking up the right tree or am way off the mark
