just went to the beach in Newport to get some lunch, sightsee and of course.........take pics!!! it was really sunny and slightly breezy around 71 degrees. excellent conditions for snapping a couple of shots : )

a little front shot with some nice scenary in the back....

a more closer shot

and a few more diffrent angles..........

on this one i was hoping you could read my position on the navi while looking out the front. dont know if you can read it, my camera isnt that good : (

i found a local secluded neighborhood in newport where people's backyards have waterways that lead to the pacific ocean. maybe someday ill get to live here......

this one says its for rent........mmmmmm

My M wanted one last view of the ocean from "crystal cove" before heading back home

then i got some lunch and let my engine bay cool down for a bit and then headed home..........

...............and thats it! have a good fourth everyone

Great shots, good looking M.

One thing I saw in the pic with your hood up it looks like someone drive the car with no oil cap?

Great background worthy of a beautiful foreground. Car looks great. Congrats on getting it back. Now enjoy!

PS You're making me miss Cali. What a beautiful place (besides the budget).

good eye man! the story behind that is that during the oil consumption test, the techs forgot to put the oil cap back on and it oil sprayed the entire motor! only thing I don't understand is why they didn't replace the undercover of the motor : (

The only reason I noticed that is because I have seen/done that over the years. It sucks it makes a huge mess. Replacing the insulator is pretty pricey and they should have technically done this you can really only see it from one angle...open. It would have taken longer because I am betting they do not stock that part.

Don't let it bother you, you have a great car.

'06 was a damn fine year for M's. In my opinion it is already a classic. I love the miles she sheds.
