Today my car turns two years of age! I bought her with 20 miles... now she's hit 49,500. She'll be at 50,000 by this time next week. I still love that damn car...

Congrats!!! And I bet she never gave you any trouble either! I think Nissan has come a long way and they are now starting to appeal to all areas of the market today. You said you have nearly 50,000 kilometers on your V.....I have a 2008 V Hatch with 55,000 Km's. Havent changed NOTHING yet, not a brake pad, brake shoe (of course the oil and filter), not a rotor or drum. I think the V is going to be the next Civic over the next couple years because DAMN, theres alot of power under the hood for a small big car!!
Oh, and the reason for all the kilometers....TRAVELING!! Nova Scotia and Newfoundland are the only provinces my V put tires on. Thats a hell of alot of driving for over 1 year!!

hehe... no, that's 50,000 MILES!!! (or 80467.2 kilometers).
Trouble? none, really. I had the AC compressor replaced under warranty because it was noisy, but the new one is just as noisy and never missed a beat otherwise. Original brakes (but they are in need of replacement). Everything has worked as advertised, I really can't complain!

sorry man, its like 2:30 am here an I am on my 2nd Smirnoff Ice Vodka 750ml. I hate the imperial and metric units!! Can we all just use the same ones!! Lol......I hope your happy with your purchase, I cant see anyone dissing the Versa, simply put, its a nice car.
