Sorry for the late reply. Hope you all enjoyed your 4th celebration! Although I love what you've done with the place, I have been asked 'the question' more often than usual after this latest election. So I made some calls back home and ... well ... NO, we won't take you back, LOL

Thanks, hope you did as well. We do our family reunion around the 4th, as it seems to work out best for everyone. We do our own fireworks show, as good as any show in town anywhere. Shot guns, rode 4 wheelers, cooked out, ate and drank plenty of "drinks", and also remembered what the holiday is all about.

I used to tell my daughter when she was to small to understand that all the fireworks were for her birthday. Only lasted a few years till she caught on but it was fun while it lasted.
