And what do you guys have against reefer? I dont smoke myself, but I dotn care if you do. To instantly discount someone who smokes weed as stupid or a pothead or whatever is ignorant... some of you should ask your parents about weed...

Thats not true either...and High Times even wrote the article with the real meaning of 4:20, so dont know where you are getting that information...thats a myth, and they did a study that showed that none of the 50 states, EVER had a code 420 for marijuana, and even listed different states description for their 420 codes...so you have misinformation

There was a group of teens in the 60's (it was a popular group, they had a name but i forget it) that just happened to setup a meet every day at 4:20 pm, after class, and they would all smoke...It all started at the time, and in the 60's people would say ' its 4:20 light it up'..and just picked up from there...but now people associate everything w/ 420 and weed...its funny because you see a lot of little things on tv, like on the simpsons, and commercials like that old got milk commercial w/ the guy eating a brownie on the bus, and passing a sign that says "milk, next exit 420 miles"...dont know if u ever remember that

yeah every single freind/coworker that i know smokes weed ALLLL the time, i dont hate them for it. its just not a choice that i would make. they can go ahead and throw their money away on that crap, id rather be healthy and have money to put towards more worthwile things *coughs240*

I've been employed in law enforcement and substance abuse counseling for well over a decade and have never heard of this "420" reference.

Must only be important to people with nothing else important to live for....

get out from your rock hit man..first smoked in 70 and dont have any idea what it means,lol...i quite for 11 years,but health got so bad i need it ,really.only way i can eat and sleep.and helps alot with nasea,and nueropothy pain.thats why i took it up again.but legal style this time.to hell with the feds.i need my meds.beats the hell out of taking all those pil;ls from dr.that cause more things.this is better for me,thats all i know.for the record,no dealer will ever see my money.i smoke for free only.i dont condone drugs as funny as that may seem.

I have never smoked, and sincerely doubt I ever will. I appreciate a good cigar every once in a while (usually with my cigar smoking best friend) and I'm not one to turn away a good drink, but I just dont like the thought of the more illegal drugs that much. I have several friends that smoke and they know that while I dont condone it, as long as they do it safely and aren't out driving or something then I dont really mind. They are intelligent enough to know what they are doing I just hope you guys were safe about it!
