Hands Free Phone DEFAULT Volume

Is there a way to change the default volume on the handsfree phone? Everytime I make a call, or hang up and call someone else, the volume resets at 22 and I bump it up to 28 or so. Is there a way to set it to stay at 28, or do I have to turn it up again with every single call?

OR does anyone know how to turn up the MIC volume?!?!? I'm tired at yelling at the mic!! LOL seriously, help...

Yeah the entire hands free phone system is like going back 5 yrs on a cell phone. I wonder if the mic volume is tied to speaker volume...I think many cells are like that
