Handhelditems.com Scammers Or Just Horrible Company?

I was sent a page from a friend that he google searched the red/clear 240sx hatchback taillights. The company/website was handhelditems.com that had the tails at an extremely low price. So that was about 2 weeks ago i made the order, Up to this day it sill says pending in the order status, another friend of mine google searched that companies name and it seems like they are scammers or just a really really crappy company to deal with. If you go through the pages youll see alot of reviews stating poor customer service, ie not answering phone calls or emails. Im dealing with this same problem i called them this morning went straight to busy signal, called in the afternoon with an hour left b4 buisness closing, and it said call back during buisness hours. Im like but this is buisness hours. Now i think 2morro morning im just going to go to my bank and cancel that order and or see if they even took money out for my purchase yet. This dosent seem like a good company to deal with to me

I would highly appreciate if anyone out in california would be willing to take a trip to their office for me, i swear at this point im willing to paypal 20 bucks for gas. This is the address: 1211 John Reed CourtCity of Industry, California 91745 if thats even a real place.

So, you checked the websites feedback, it was negative, but you ordered from them anyway and now your wondering why you havent recieved your parts and you are getting the same type of feedback from them that others have. What a suprise. I always check a vendors or sellers feedback before buying anything. I'll pay a little more for something if I have to buy it from a better source.

thank you ^ for shutting the f*** up. My "dumb" friends helped me more than u did, my dumb friend is the one that decided to say oh lets google the company name "handhelditems.com scam" and see what we got. And thats how ive come up with the reviews for this company just last night. My other friend who gave me the site was trying to help me find someplace with the taillights for sale im sorry he didnt have a scam alert on his computer.

wow you guys are real ***holes i didnt post here asking to be critizied about my actions i def REALIZED I DID SOMETHING WRONG AND OBVIOUSLY PEOPLE LEARN FROM THER MISTAKES, if youre not gonna b part of a solution please dont post here because im just gonna rip you a new ***hole. i filed some claim at the bank today, hopefully when they realize this company dosent answer their phone i can get a refund. Funny thing is my order status still says pending they they took my money.

a month later nothing still. The money has been taken out my account since day 1, order status still says pending, i called just now "all the reps. are busy call back later" i left a message. My bank basically said theyll investigate but there was this other paragraph that basically told me im not gettin my money back its not covered under federal law. So im just stressed!

Well you know what they say about falling for scams, if it doesnt kill you it makes you dumber....Lol im kidding, it makes you smarter.You will be less likely to fall for any scams in future.And you will be able to educate any friends who almost fall for scams.

oh i know about them, been to a couple of meets earlier this year when i had my black coupe, my good friend from nico is on there, but im not joining, theres a d!ck over there i dont like and seeing as the forum is still kind of small i wouldnt want to cross tread with this guy again cause hes def like the fakest person ever.
