The person I bought the car from thought that they were gonna be some drift master or something so they somehow made the hand break disengage so it doesn't lock in place. I can still stop the wheels, but I can't keep it in pklace. So I have to put my car in first after I park it to keep t from rolling backwards. How can I fix this?

maby they took the spring out of the handle
