my hand brake does not lock the rear wheels.

this seems to be a common problem with 240's.

anyone know how to fix this?

Remove the center console and check the adjustment screw underneath the handle. Take the boot off and it's easier to see. You could also get under the car and see if your lines are intact and properly connected.
