Recently after i have replaced my brake pads, my handbrake lost all its tension, now is very easy to pull it up completely, and it doesnt brake anymore. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

i would check to make sure your calipers arent seized. try bleeding....i remember the last time i changed my brakes i had the same issue with the ebrake...i drove around the parking lot for a couple laps hitting the brakes and the tension returned to the ebrake.

the e brake anchors probably came loose off the rear caliper(s)...

look behind both your rear calipers to see if you still have your hand brake cables attached.

after braking hard a few times, it got more tension, but still loose.

so did you check the anchors to see if they were seated properly?

Also, there's an adjuster on the bottom of the hand brake lever. iirc, its like a 10mm nut that can tighten the cable.

Like adrian said, if that anchor is not attached or is loose then you won't have any or much leverage on your ebrake.
