Halos are they safe?

I have been reading through past topics and I saw that one member has their halos catch fire. Are the halos safe if installed by a shop? Is this something that could cause serious damages to my car?

If you get a set that is made for your car, you should be good. I believe that the person you're referring too used a brighter light than what was recommended.
