Ive been looking info this for my '10 AC as well... from what I gather as long as you don't have a HID/Xenon Kit from the factory most of the after markets should plug up just fine. There is a company called Oracle that makes Halos you install yourself, and they do some pretty cool stuff. Its also significantly. Cheaper.... you can find their install videos on YouTube to see if you're up to it... I think its the option I'm going with though.

I bought mine off of semotorsports halos/projectors with a black housing. They will install fine if you do not have factory HIDs you can upgrade to aftermarket HIDs with this housing if you want to. You just need to cut a small hole in the rubber gromit for the low beam on the back of the housing. I woul advise against oracle simply because they are more difficult to install yourself and most shops will charge more for them since it is more work than replacing the housing. That is not to say that oracle isn't a good brand they are very good just a harder installation. Would you be installing yourself or going elsewhere?

I would ask the shop what they would charge for each set up. At my shop we charge more for the oracles just because they are a lot more work but which ever turns out cheaper overall go for. Everyone has their own taste for things so do which ever you like better.

The ones with the black housing instead of the chrome look clean (I have an all black AC Coupe :dblthumb: )

IMO, the black housings will look better on any car. Chrome just looks tacky. Be warned, the quality on those headlights aren't great.

From what I've heard, they just aren't made to high standards, things such as there being a gap between the reflector bowl and shroud, so you can see some exposed wires. Little things, I haven't heard anything terrible about them. If you are on a budget, these are definitely the way to go to get that look.

That being said, going custom is much better. There are companies and people that will customize your headlights however you want, like Dangeris, a member here on the forums. They do cost quite a bit more though. If you're brave, you can tackle the project yourself like I did. If you go this route, I recommend doing plenty of research first, especially on how to get your headlights open. I think 07-09 headlights are semi-permasealed so they will be harder to open.

i think im a still stick with the silver(chrome ) ones , and get some silver rims , the black look nice , but the silver looks better with white IMO
