I've been thinking of doing a few more changes my Versa and I came across these head lights which has piqued my interest. I want to know what you guys think about them...

LOL are you serious they pulled you over!?

I've been running my projector headlights for almost a year and driving tons at night and have NEVER once been pulled over by the cops telling me that bulls***. maybe you just got a bored cop or something and he wanted to pull you over for nothing.

and i live in ajax which isnt too too far from markham

I can't comment on the cop pulling you over for the lights but sorry to hear you got the sh¡t end of the stick. I don't know much about these lights so if some one who already has projectors can give a little more info it would be nice. Also the ebay link for pricing as well. These I found on a site http://www.buyautolights.com. Check them out... I'm from Toronto, ON...

he must have been bored out of his mind.

cause the other day i watched out for cops for this purpose to see if i'd get pulled over and told about them. i passed like 2 or 3 cops that night, with none of them pulling me over for some crap about my 3 lights on my headlights.

and they def. change the look of the versa. I love em :D

Ummm when it comes to you getting pulled over, I don't believe Audi's have Orange lights they as well have LED's going across them even at night they are on. Neither do Cadillacs the new ones they have LED nor do Escalades.

mind you I could be wrong but you could have defiantly put that cop back in his place.

Of course they all need money so I guess the police are just getting desperate.

Can you please answer me a major question about theese lighs (unfortunately I don't even have any chance to hold em or check before I pay->they sheep to me(about a month)->I adjust em etc.etc...):

Does the headlight corrector (non-automatic, just a weel on the left, near the mirrors ajustments) works with theese headlights? I dunno if Versa got this (read somewhere, that Versas got automatic correctors), but maybe u know the answer. IMHO it's rather important...if I get 4 passengers onboard+some stuff in the trunk, the lights gonna light too high.

Big thanks for answer.

PS: btw, was there a need to remove bumper to unistall\install the headlights? And are the side turn-signals paired with front ones? or they got additional steering? Tiida got the turn-signals upper the front wheel, but I still want theese light's signals to work properly, more lights->way cooler and safer (for other drivers )

ok, so how do you put the HID's in the projectors?I read you can't, then you CAN. Seller told us to use H3, but that the projectors will need modification. He didn't specify. Can anyone help? We already purchased the HID's and would LOVE to use them.Thank you in advance for any help offered.

You can they just may not hold up to the heat produced for the HID and melt. I have used those eBay lights with a civic and HID and no problems after 2 years.

Once I get mine I am transferring the HID over to the Versa.

We're getting the bulb changed to an H3. I wonder what kind of modification he's talking about. Any ideas? Let's see what we can do when they arrive.I'm scared about these "mods" because the projectors were too expensive to "experiment" with.

Those lights and painted side skirts will do you good

What I like about ebay is that I can see what other buyers are experiencing with the sellers and most of the time it's cheaper.

Here's the seller's response regarding the modification to the projector lights to add HIDs:Quote »the modification is, you'll need to drill a hold on the low beam bulb cover to let the HID bulb wire go through, and of course rewire it with the main headlight socket. [/quote]What do you think? Does it sound simple enough? Not to me, but I'm a girl. What do I know. What does he mean "rewire it with the main headlight socket"? hmm
