I finally got my drivers door done, I'm going to get new front speakers first, and install the drivers panel. Then Thursday I'm going to finish the passenger side. It was my first time using an angle grinder so I went through 4 blades and really didn't make any progress. Then I found out a good technique and got it down to one and a half blades. Pics to come later after work.

I had a lot more pictures, including a really sweet action shot, but the camera is MIA right now, so all I have is what I took on the cell.

I learned a lot about grinding, and I got the grinder so hot on the passenger side, I couldn't even touch it, so I had to leave it cool down.

and to make up for the lack of pics, this is what we traded the volvo in onIt took 6 hours of work to clean it up, and that was having someone help with the outside

Sweet! I did it to mine about a week ago. I didn't take any pics though. I bet you're enjoying losing that blind spot to each side.

I love it, it felt wierd the first time when I looked over my shoulder and saw nothing but glass. Today it actually got warm enough to drive topless.
