Cracked my front windshield and there are probably about 20 small dents.I have had my car for almost 3 weeks now. Just got the spoiler put on yesterday.

I am truly sick to my stomach.

Has anyone had PDR done and look good?

I did PDR for about 6 years and we would go around to all the dealerships after a big hail storm and do there cars. And in most cases you will not be able to tell there were any dings after you car has been worked on by a good PDR tech.Check with the dealer you bought your car from and ask them who they use?

The dealerships body shop quoted a low price. I figure if they do the car sales repair, then they probably have to do pretty good work.

I'm going to have alot of out of pocket on this. Probably around 1100. dollarsMy insurance deductable is high and i have to get a rental car for 4 days that are not covered by insurance.

I will also be out of commision for about a 2 1/2 weeks.

This really sucks!

Sorry to hear about your new V. As I watched the storms approach, I quickly moved some stuff around in the garage to cram the V inside.

Is the dealership shop going to do PDR, or will it take conventional body work? A really good body shop is G. W. and Sons, if you want extremely good quality in the OKC area. I have had several cars fixed there for collision damage.

Good luck with the work. You may want to wait until storm season is over, especially with a high deductable. It would really suck to get the car back and then another storm slam it. That is what I have always done after getting hail damage. Sometimes the smaller dents pop out in hot weather.

most will be PDR, some will be done traditional.

We were watching a movie and didn't have any notice that a storm was rolling in.I have a two car garage, of which one side is clear. My wife was parked in front of that side and by the time we realized how bad it was going to be we decided it was too late.

I didn't want to feel what baseball sized hail felt like upside my head and took the damage bent over and smiling.

i told my wife, until she buys her new car, from now on im parking mine in the garage.

lesson learned.
